Expert advice on Carpets and Flooring

Mr Carpets team of professionals are here to help you. We don't pester or hard sell but offer you information to enable the correct choices for your particular project. Our showrooms are designed for you to browse at your leisure and make your own choices. If however you would like some advice or cannot find what you are looking for, please ask as we can offer a fully bespoke service on carpets, rugs & vinyl flooring including custom dye service & wider widths.

One of the reasons we do not sell flooring on line is because we believe flooring is a product that requires a lot of attention to detail and experienced installers unlike many other products successfully sold on line.

Samples

We are happy to supply you with samples of flooring for you to match to other items in your design scheme.

Estimating

Once you have selected the flooring you require we send an experienced estimator out to your home to measure and quantify your requirements.

Estimating for Carpets and Flooring

We also advise you on any floor preparation and can estimate for carrying out these services if required. This service is free of charge and without obligation.

Delivery

On placing an order we advise you of a delivery/Installation date and in most cases this is free of charge. This can be from as little as 48hrs on selected stock ranges from our own London warehouse but the average delivery times are 10 - 14 days from ordering.

Delivery from warehouse

Bespoke and custom dye products can take up to 4 - 6 weeks for delivery after ordering. If you have a specific deadline then please contact our sales staff for more information on your product choices.
